Where must I buy my paddle?
Upgrade 100 currently applies only to eligible paddles purchased directly from Goosepick.com. Purchases made through Amazon, marketplaces, retailers or other sales channels are not eligible.
How long do I have to upgrade?
Your upgrade request must be made within 12 months of the original Goosepick.com order date.
How is my upgrade credit calculated?
Your Upgrade 100 credit is based on the actual amount paid for the eligible paddle after any discounts applied to that purchase. The credit has no cash value.
What condition does my returned paddle need to be in?
Normal cosmetic wear from regular play is acceptable. The paddle must remain functional and structurally intact. Paddles with cracks, delamination, major structural or edge damage, water damage, or deliberate modifications may be rejected. Goosepick will inspect the returned paddle before approving the credit.
Do I need the original packaging?
No. Original packaging is not required. The paddle must, however, be packed securely for return.
Who pays for shipping?
The customer is responsible for sending the original paddle back to Goosepick. Shipping of the replacement paddle will follow Goosepick’s prevailing shipping policy at the time of the upgrade.
What can the credit be used toward?
Upgrade 100 credit can be applied only toward an eligible higher-tier Goosepick paddle. Current qualifying paths are Pioneer to Signature, Pioneer to WingPro, and Signature to WingPro.
What price applies to the new paddle?
The qualifying replacement paddle is valued at its prevailing selling price at the time the upgrade is processed. Your approved Upgrade 100 credit is then deducted from that amount.
Can I combine Upgrade 100 with another offer?
Upgrade 100 credit cannot be combined with another paddle-level promotional discount unless Goosepick expressly allows it for that offer.
Can the credit be transferred, refunded or carried forward?
No. One returned paddle generates one eligible Upgrade 100 credit. The credit is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and any unused balance cannot be carried forward to a later purchase.
When is my upgrade finally approved?
Final approval is completed after Goosepick receives and inspects the returned paddle. If the paddle does not meet the programme requirements, Goosepick may decline the upgrade credit.
Can Upgrade 100 change in the future?
Goosepick may modify or withdraw Upgrade 100 for future purchases. Eligible paddles purchased while Upgrade 100 was offered will retain their eligibility for the applicable 12-month period, subject to the programme terms that applied when they were purchased.
